Prolly Burnt My Bridge Today....

I decided that an alignment was prolly due 'cause of new CO's etc.... I call my stealer at 10:00 and ask for Andy... Girl says I am Andy's sec can I help you (he got promoted to SM)? I say yes I need an alignment. She says ok will you need a shuttle? I say dunno, how long will this take? She says, 1 hour at most. Ok, appt for 1445 done by 1600 latest right? Nope. I get there and Andy says 1700! I say nevermind your sec told me an hour. He gets on the nextel and asks the alignment guy how fast he can get a "valued customer" done. Dunno what he said but Andy tells me 1600. OK, done sign me up. Now it is 1630 and my truck is still in the staging lanes. Andy comes around the corner and says hey this is gonna take a "little" longer is that ok? Me: yep I'm stuck. No prob as I am drooling over the 08's and an 07 SE Black 4x with an 8" fabtech lift, amp steps, 35's, radflow, and the rest of the works, also sendin Bill (tc3) pics and just lovin the T's and 350's. Then I hear my girl fire up and laugh as all the tech's heads turn when they hear her. I think cool they are gonna start. I walk around back to the service bays and notice my truck just parked and an Altima being put on the rack. Security dude (same one from last time) comes up and says you cannot be here you need to go to the viewing area. Me: BULLCHIT!!!! I go to Andy's office and sit down. He gets off the phone and says "whats up?" I say I dont mind a wait. But.... When I am told by your sec (Mandi) and you that I'll be outta here in an hour or so I expect that. Now 2+ hours??!! He says that Altima has been here since 0730. Me: IDK you told me an hour or so not 3! I crumpled up my service note, slam dunked it in his trash can and said ... gimmme my truck... Andy: Ok...OK...Carl, can you bring Mr. Hoffman's Titan around? I kinda really threw a gas can on this as I left the parking lot... Put the T in "D" burn out mod "engaged".... you know the rest. That is really out of character for me....... I regret the burn out from the driveway now.. Guess I have to go to another stealership from now on cause im sure they/he will remember the deep water 04 with the gauge pod.....



Mind you.... these guys have been great. Late 05 I took her in and said my pumpkin is baked and rusted and the rear is acting funny (rear really wasnt doin much funny).... No ????'s... they gave me an 05 axle... Same with all the other warrantee stuff. I even had them do a tranny/radiator flush too (not warrantee).... Seems like once you are outta warrantee and there is no survey.... they dont give a chit... Ok rant over.. Well maybe not I prolly will remember some more stuff as soon as I quit shaking out of anger.



Oh, I could just take it to east county alignment for 1/2 the price... why didnt i do that? I want to support nissan. Well off to ECA tomorrow (we refer all our alignment issues to them) great guys.

I am relieved that it was only a SM dicking your around.



just FYI, I am worse than you are on that customer service stuff... they do that stuff to me... I don't go back... I call nissan... and I wait for the CSI (Customer Service Intelligence) people to call.. and give them the poorest marks on everything! this hurts more than anything else you can do to them.

Go to Firestone and get the Lifetime alignment. They usually run it on special for like $99. Those poor idiots thought I would never come back.... LOL..



I have been in twice in 21k miles. Each time they give me an appointment and I am done atleast 15 minutes early. Great service and crappy coffee. What can you do? LOL

Got a phone #? email? I know only I posted his first name but know his last. Effer always followed up with a call to ensure I would fill out the survey card. I'm sure there will be no call this time. Dang im po'd... they hAve Always done me right. Again,,, I dont mind a wait... Even an hour delay... but 1.5 hours +???!!! just dont lie to me to get my $79.99 !!!!!!!!

i went to cheesecake factory sunday with my little bro. we had already had dinner elsewhere but we wanted cheesecake for dessert. took them 15 minutes to bring out a slice of cheesecake. i wanted to throw it against the wall like jack nicholson threw the eggs in anger management and scream "I SAID OVEREASY!!" that wouldn't have made much sense though, so i refrained.

The ford Dealer In sacramento Did the same thing to me and I called the sales office and talked to the owner, he made sure I was refunded for the service, I still never went back to that one I would drive the extra 15 min to go to the one in Roseville and The one in Roseville was always great to me and they own the Nissan Dealer next door. I havent had to have the T serviced but I hope I dont have to leave some rubber in their driveway......and Kev you probably got them a sale if I was shoping and saw your truck do that I would tell the salesman to get me one of those <img src='http://www.titanspot.com/Titan/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/004.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':smt023' /> ....

Fabtech doesn't make an 8" lift though!!! haha, just picking



Sorry they couldn't accommodate you. I avoid the dealership at all costs, only go there for warranty/recall/tsb type fixes.

well the front suspension said fabtech and I am assuming 8" cause it seemed like a foot of clearance between the tire and fender. The owner was not there. Too bad I wanted to ask him bout his ride.
