I need a new 1/2" impact gun - mine is just not cutting it for me anymore.

What's your recommendation?

I need one too and know nothing about them. Anyone care to show some pics and power specs on one that they like. I have no good mechanics tools so the one that I do have is a Campbell Hausfeld. What a joke!!
What kind does Home Depot carry?  I could look at their website, but this way is mo better.
Home Depot carries Campbell Hausfeld and Husky. They have several relatively capable Husky guns but I know zero about their longevity.

Naw, Austin. He's in the market but never said what type he's looking for.

Sorry about that...

Air. I've got a nice big compressor and a wimpy 1/2" gun. My 3/8" gun is decent, but I want a big 'un.

Well I also recommend a Craftsman. I have had numerous different "cheapies" in the past and they don't hold a candle to a good ole craftsman 1/2" impact gun. I think mine was about $100 a few years ago but it sees a fair amount of use so it was worth it. I'll have to see what model I have when I get home later.

I have a Chicago Pneumatic (7750) that I got a number of years ago. It was less than $250.00 at the time.

My favorite air tool is my 1/4" ratchet.
