$359.77 + $9.95 Insurance & Handling + Free Shipping = $369.72 Total
Not as good a price as krh2 paid but I thought I'd go ahead and buy the radiator.

If you're directing your question to me, that's a question you can ask about mods done by almost anyone. Why do people put new exhaust system on a new truck with a perfectly good exhaust system?
My answer is simple enough, I bought the Stillen radiator because I wanted it, not because I needed it.
I don't know how big a hurry I'll be in to install the radiator, but it is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
The delivery time on the Stillen radiator is about a month so it will be a while before it arrives. Meanwhile. I hope my plastic radiator doesn't give me any sudden surprises.
Besides, the Nissan plastic radiators are not known for their robustness. The Stillen radiator should perform and last much longer, and look good at the same time. :smt003

well i guess the answer i was looking for from what your saying is you think its PRETTY!!! haha. mods like exhaust give power i dnt normally change a radiator unless its busted yea your right looks are nice but its a radiator im not going that in depth with it. SORRY just wanted your personal opinion on why you were changing it i guess.

As fast as aluminium corrodes/oxidizes around salt water I can't see how one wouldn't paint it around coastal areas.

Well, yes, the Stillen radiator will look" pretty" but surely the radiator offers more than that. The all aluminum radiator is a much superior heat exchanger when compared to a plastic one and gives more efficient and effective removal of waste heat from both the transmission and engine. In addition, the metal radiator should less subject to the negative effects that heat can induce to the plastic radiator components that may cause warping and splitting at the seams that have been seen on the Nissan OEM radiator. Overall, I would expect that the Stillen metal radiator to be more efficient, more robust, and with a longer effective lifetime.
Just as the case may be made about some positive and beneficial effect of your replacing a brand new exhaust system, the case may likewise be made about the benefits of replacing a non-defective radiator. If you believe that I might be only replacing my radiator for a “pretty” one, it might also be said that you replaced your exhaust system, not because of any increase in power, but because you like the rumble and growl from the exhaust sound.
My “pretty” radiator will largely be hidden from view and few people will know of its existence unless the hood is opened. Your exhaust system will be evident to everyone every time you start your engine or drive by. So I’m saying that the case could be made of your replacing your exhaust system may have been made for a more superficial reason, and an announcement to anyone within earshot of “look-at-me”, than is my buying a replacement radiator before the surrender of the prior one.
Danielk, would you agree there is some truth in my above statements? :smt003

Who's upset? :smt017 I just didn't agree with your supposition about my buying the Stillen radiator. I made a case where the same superficial reason could be stated for your exhaust swap, that's all.
my radiator is probably in near-mint condition since my T only had 17K miles on it and this is probably the reason that Keeper wants the radiator. Keeper doesn't need my old radiator since he will probably be buying a Stillen radiator sometime this month. :smt003
