well that was mighty kind of you guys,,....!!!! thanks well i was gonna get a huge steak, we went to texas road house and i asked the guy about steak sizes and how they are priced. He said well we have a 12oz i laughed i said no a big steak he said ok we have a 16 and 20oz my responds ok but its my bday i want to eat a huge steak he said well the 20 oz starts at 31 dollars i told him to give me a slab of ribs hahah heck no thats way to much for a 20oz. and i wanted to get a 48oz lol. the ribs were good but i guess to get the ribs i want i just have to go see my TEXANS and have them smoked em up.

haha i remember when i think Todd got the ribs off the smoker my wife said " i thought he was smoking ribs it looks like pulled pork" ONLY BECAUSE THE MEAT COULDNT STAY ON THE BONES!!!!! she was laughing at me becuase i at some for breakfast that next morning too...
