alright guys its been about 10,000 miles since I did the amsoil thing and today I drove about 40-60 miles round trip and I randomly decided to check the oil and it was Hot to hot to touch and the oil level looked high. The other thing was about halfway up the dipstick the metal turned kind of a copper color almost like it had been burnt a little. According to the engine temp gauge I am running below average temp and besides this I have noticed no other issues with the truck. Whats the hot dipstick mean???

Inspecting each of your spark plugs will give better info. on high cylinder/engine temps.
